Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This Cancellation Policy explains how you may change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from LA Cleanse, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency selected at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their subscription term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it before your next billing date.
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation emails or account portal.
Please note that subscription changes or cancellations must be made before an order is processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may review our Returns Policy for more information regarding returns and refunds.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment.
Depending on the item, we may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout. If a balance remains due, your stored payment method may be charged when the item becomes available and is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled or shipped.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may review our Returns Policy for more information regarding returns and refunds.
