At LA Cleanse, we know you're excited to receive your order, and we're committed to getting it to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Most in-stock LA Cleanse orders ship within 24 business hours of receipt. Many orders placed before our daily shipping cutoff time ship the same business day.
Orders received after business hours, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
While we strive to ship every order within 24 business hours, processing times may occasionally be extended during periods of unusually high order volume, holidays, promotional events, inventory updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Should a significant delay occur, we will promptly notify you by email.
Shipping Methods
LA Cleanse offers multiple shipping options during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your package has shipped. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
LA Cleanse is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Delivery Delays

International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select destinations.
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
